+        If your website contains NSFW content, it must be properly marked, same
+        goes with flashing lights and gore.

+        Your website has to already have the webring's widget visible somewhere
+        on it before application

+        your site does NOT have to be oriented around Quentin Tarantino (any
+        website will do, aslong as you are a fan of his)
